I think that adversities help us become who we are and they push us beyond our comfort zones. Although we dislike pain, we usually grow the most after we deal with it. I'm sure it has never been and it will never be easy, but this is life. I think it's better to take it as it comes and always be prepared for the unexpected. We can plan, we can visualise. But uncertainty is certain. Faith has a big role too. Being spiritual and believing in a greater force than yourself makes you realise that in years you might see very differently what happened to you now.
