Hello! Thank you for reading, you are right. Our partner deserves our full attention, even pampering. Who doesn't love to be spoiled and treated like a princess/prince? I think that a lot of these things are lost after marriage because people get comfortable and take familiar people for granted. Often the same person who is rude, bored, belligerant, defensive at home can be very polite and caring towards a stranger or business partner. I find it ironic and unfair because the partner is more important than random strangers. We need to learn gratitude and respect to a complete new level when it comes to relationships and the world would trully become a better place because two happily married people will grow their children in a healthy emotional environment. And that matters a lot, it actually matters for generations to come.
