I do believe that a good teacher can be a diamond reflecting light to people for generations. To feel an inner desire to achieve greatness and to find a purpose in enlightening kids' minds is essential. Bored lifeless teachers are a cancer in the educational system. They pass on knowledge without inspiring and motivating kids to learn how to think.
