You are definitely very correct if you say that it takes a lot of efforts to become rich. It has always been so through history, you have to work and work. There are endless hours of practice. You just really need to be focused and dedicated towards what you do. Is there a way this could feel easier?
The answer is yes. The only way you'll be able to compete strongly in this age and time, is by doing something that you're truly passionate about. A very wealthy man once said - since the day I found my passion, I've never had to work a day. He did not mean this literally, what he meant was work was no longer difficult.
He would work for long hours but did not feel like he was working, because he was enjoying himself to the fullest. If you asked him, what do you do aside from work? Usually he goes silent for a while, and answers - he works. The need for finding something you're passionate about is really underestimated nowadays.
