For example, if someone is leading the team then every consequence had to lead by the leader, but in reality we see more blame games than true leadership and responsibility.

Certainly, when you fail or the group is not successful in any project, you always tend to look guilty, hence the maturity and preparation of a true leader who drinks being able to take responsibility, revive the group and continue the work .
