Hola amigos 😄 espero que se sientan muy bien hoy. Quiero mostrarles cómo realicé los anzuelos o ganchos para aretes con alambre. Estos son muy utilizados en la elaboración de accesorios de bisutería. Generalmente estos anzuelos se realizan con alambres delgados, los hice con un alambre más grueso para cuando los necesite más fuertes. Espero que te sea útil este tutorial.

En la mayoría de los zarcillos que realizo uso este tipo de ganchos o sujetadores porque me encanta hacer zarcillos que guinden. Siempre los he comprado ya hechos, pero quiero aprender a hacerlos yo misma y por ello me dediqué un rato a practicar. Es posible que te esté ocurriendo que ya no tienes anzuelos disponibles y desees hacerlos también. Es muy importante aprender a elaborar todo tipo de piezas de bisutería, estoy también practicando cómo hacer argollas de diferentes tamaños. Entonces ya sabes si tienes alambre n° 26 o n°24 puedes comenzar ya.

Los materiales que necesitamos son:

• Alambre para bisutería.
• Pinzas planas, de corte y la pinza mandril o punta redonda.
• El mandril.

Estos anzuelos voy a utilizarlos en algunos modelos de zarcillos un poco pesados es por ello que voy a trabajar con un alambre N°20, además es el que tengo disponible, pero no olvides que el alambre puede ser más delgado.

• Empiezo midiendo 6cm de alambre. Usaré dos del mismo tamaño..

• Con la pinza punta redonda hago un aro en uno de sus extremos, este aro no debe ser tan grande. Giro la pinza redonda hasta que la punta que agarré toque el alambre base. Esto lo hago en los dos alambres procurando que queden de la misma medida.

• Coloco en el mandril el alambre con el aro que realicé hacia afuera, utilizando la medida número 3 del mandril que sería más o menos del ancho de mi dedo meñique. Te recuerdo que si no tienes un mandril puedes ayudarte con un lápiz u otro objeto cilíndrico del tamaño que quieras que queden tus anzuelos.

• Cómo pueden ver el alambre sin aro sobrepasa el aro realizado, así debe verse. La punta del alambre la vamos a doblar un poquito y después vamos sacar del mandril el anzuelo terminado para lijarle esa punta. Puedes hacer todos los anzuelos que necesites sin salir de casa. Recuerda hacerlos con un alambre más delgado sin son para aretes livianos. Ahora yo no compro los anzuelos, he aprendido a realizarlos y me ahorro la salida o el viaje a comprarlos. En ocasiones he sacado de apuros a algunas vecinas que andan con los zarcillos impares o deteriorados, ellas vienen y me piden reemplazo o si no les vendo el par de anzuelos a muy bajo costo. Estos insumos son económicos, menos los que se hacen con alambres antialérgicos y enchapados.

The materials we need are:

• Costume jewelry wire.
• Flat tweezers, cutting tweezers and the mandrel or round tip tweezers.
• The mandrel.

These hooks I am going to use in some models of tendrils a little heavy that's why I am going to work with a wire N°20, besides it is the one I have available, but don't forget that the wire can be thinner.

• I start by measuring 6cm of wire. I will use two of the same size.

• With the round nose pliers I make a ring at one end, this ring should not be too big. I turn the round tweezers until the tip I grabbed touches the base wire. I do this on both wires, making sure that they are of the same size.

• I place on the mandrel the wire with the ring I made facing outwards, using the mandrel size 3 which would be about the width of my little finger. I remind you that if you don't have a mandrel you can help yourself with a pencil or other cylindrical object of the size you want your hooks to be.

• As you can see the unhooped wire goes over the made hoop, this is how it should look like. We are going to bend the tip of the wire a little bit and then we are going to take the finished hook out of the mandrel to sand that tip. You can make as many hooks as you need without leaving home. Remember to make them with a thinner wire if they are for light earrings. Now I don't buy the hooks, I have learned to make them and save myself the trip to buy them. Sometimes I have helped some neighbors with odd or deteriorated earrings, they come to me and ask for a replacement or I sell them a pair of hooks at a very low cost. These supplies are inexpensive, except those made with anti-allergic and plated wires.
