👆 Me causa algo de risa la frase ya que en mi entorno hay muchas personas que siempre ponen excusas para no hacer las cosas. Debo reconocer que en varias ocasiones yo he deseado que sucedan eventos que me impidan una salida, no me gusta salir a la calle. Lo pienso mucho antes de hacerlo. Es por ello que cuando me invitan a salir, ruego que llueva o se presente un acontecimiento con el cual ampararme para decir que no.
Decir NO QUIERO, no es tan fácil. Muchos de los NO QUIERO lastiman. Al menos así yo lo veo. Sé de varias personas que nunca dicen que no, pero mienten. No inventan excusas en el momento y tampoco ejecutan la acción. Las excusas nos liberan de situaciones en las que no sabemos, o tal vez sí, cómo reaccionarán las personas.
👆 The phrase makes me laugh because in my environment there are many people who always make excuses for not doing things. I must admit that on several occasions I have wished for events to happen that would prevent me from going out, I don't like going out. I think about it a lot before doing it. That is why when I am invited to go out, I pray that it rains or an event occurs with which to protect myself to say no. Saying I DON'T WANT is not that easy. Many of the DON'T WANT to hurt. At least that's how I see it. I know of several people who never say no, but lie. They do not make excuses in the moment and do not execute the action. Excuses free us from situations where we don't know, or maybe we do, how people will react.
🙋 Tengo un amigo, no vive en mi ciudad. Está distante. Debe viajar 7 horas por tierra o 45 minutos en avión si desea venir a visitarme. Hace unos años estuvimos de acuerdo en encontrarnos 😉 o viajaba él o lo hacía yo. Rápidamente él se ofreció a venir. Fue muy bonito el encuentro. Compartimos un día entero y al siguiente subió nuevamente a un avión y se marchó 🤗
🙋 En mi ciudad tengo no uno sino muchos amigos, algunos viven distantes otros no tanto. Sin embargo, lograr encontrarnos para conversar, compartir o simplemente saludarnos cuesta muchísimo. Tenemos tantas limitaciones; el transporte, el dinero en efectivo, la pandemia, en fin múltiples "razones" que hacen tan "imposible" que nos veamos.
🙋 Tengo una hermana con la que comparto casi todos los días de mi vida. Con ella tengo una historia muy bonita ❤️ Desde que empezó a tener familia se ha movilizado en busca de mejores condiciones habitacionales. Ha vivido dentro y fuera de esta ciudad. Incluso ha estado en lugares de difícil acceso -para mí- y hasta allá yo he ido a visitarla. Sola o con mis hijos.
🙋 I have a friend, he doesn't live in my city. It is distant. You must travel 7 hours by land or 45 minutes by plane if you want to come visit me. A few years ago we agreed to meet 😉 either he was traveling or I was doing it. He quickly offered to come. The meeting was very nice. We shared a whole day and the next he got on a plane again and left 🤗
🙋 In my city I have not one but many friends, some live distant others not so much. However, managing to meet to talk, share or just say hello costs a lot. We have so many limitations; transportation, cash, the pandemic, in short, multiple "reasons" that make it so "impossible" for us to see each other.
🙋 I have a sister with whom I share almost every day of my life. I have a very beautiful story with her ❤️ Since she started having a family, she has mobilized in search of better housing conditions. He has lived in and out of this city. She has even been in places that are difficult to access - for me - and I have even gone there to visit her. Alone or with my children.
❤️🙋 QUERER ES PODER es una frase muy poderosa. Muy pocos de nosotros somos capaces de darnos cuenta de ello. Si en realidad NO quieres hacer algo, dilo. No lo hagas. No pongas excusas. Yo he aprendido a hacerlo. Decir que NO, sin temor a herir a las personas. Buscar las palabras y el momento.
