COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT THESE THREE ELEMENTS. | CONTEST.
Hello everyone. I invite you to participate in the contest of the week. The topics are very interesting. As always, I look at the first one since it is the simplest.
Theme One: Elementless.
Name three things you currently have that you cannot live without. Explain what they are, why you cannot live without them, and what negative impact their loss would bring. Computers and telephones are excluded from this question.
1. MY MEDICATIONS.
For several years I have been suffering from a chronic syndrome that affects my health. For this reason I must always have my medicines at hand. They are indispensable for my life DICLOFENAC SODIUM and PREGABALIN.
These medications are the only ones that so far reduce the pain that I suffer permanently. In order for them to be mild and for me to be active, I have to take them daily. If I didn't take them, I would be useless again and unable to do anything. The pain and inflammation in my muscles and joints would immobilize me. I would have to lie in bed sad and depressed waiting for others to take care of me.
2. MY LENSES.
When I was 12 years old I was diagnosed with myopia and astigmatism. From that moment on my parents bought me my first pair of glasses. I remember that day clearly, the difference in what I could see was notorious. At first I got dizzy and didn't want to wear them, now I can't do without them. With the glasses I enjoy watching a movie, detailing people, contemplating the landscape.
Without my glasses I would not go out on the street. It would be very difficult for me to look and identify the number of buses. I might have to greet everyone who greets me without knowing who they are. For me, glasses are very important and at the time, when it was possible, I bought several frames to vary them. Because of my age I suffer from plesbicia and I also need them to read.
3. MY SHOES OR CHOLAS.
I am fond of buying shoes. I don't do it anymore because of the current economic crisis. I always like to wear shoes. At home I wear my cholas and to go out I wear my shoes, the most comfortable ones I can get.
I could never walk barefoot, as soon as I feel the cold of the floor I feel pain in my bones, it makes me uncomfortable to feel dirt or water on my feet. I would burn myself if I had to go barefoot to work or shopping. I could not live without being barefoot.
Thank you very much for reading me. All the photos are of my authorship. I took them with my POCO M3 phone. Greetings.
