I find it interesting how you start by acknowledging that selfishness is part of human nature, but then arrive at responsibility and balance. Setting boundaries after having been a very available person?

I think it's very clear that always being available to everyone can hinder our own goals. This "selfish journey" wasn't about coldness, but about self-responsibility. Maturity, I don't know.

Thank you noble friends! Congratulation to all!

I found it interesting how you treated retirement not as the end of productivity, but as freedom. I think I agree; it made me reflect a bit, and it seems to make perfect sense!

I find it interesting how you've already started acting early, even knowing that results take time. Long-term planning requires discipline, and you're demonstrating that you're aware of this.

I agree with the central idea: crying and showing emotion shouldn't be treated as something forbidden for men.

The pressure on men to be strong all the time still weighs heavily, especially when that expectation comes precisely from those who claim to defend vulnerability.

I especially liked the idea of regulation instead of prohibition and the emphasis on nutritional education from an early age.

I agree that sugar has ceased to be just a food and has become a very well-exploited business model, especially involving children.

Que legal! Meu português é do Brasil!

Lol
