They are called "tilapia" cats. Just like the fish, their fur has pretty patterns of gray and brown stripes. Tilapia cat is a Filipino term for domestic cats with gray tabby coats. They are part of our home and our garden. --- --- It is fun to watch them play and rest in our yard every day. They like to sit on the concrete path near the plants. She looks very calm and watches over the others. One of them has very bright, pretty green eyes. They are gentle but full of energy! And the youngest with lovely orange and dark brown patches. They like to sit on the cool ground while they clean their soft fur. Sometimes they sit very still, watching the birds or waiting for us to come outside. They are very sweet companions. Having them in our garden makes our home feel complete.
