Hey folks, well here we have it, the above mentioned doors in question. I recently took a drive with my landlord to a property he owns around 10 kms from where we currently reside. He rents a house and factory on the premises, they literally manufacture the doors of Kings and general high profile echelon and well heeled high society!
Upon entry to this premises I was literally 'GOBSMACKED' is this possible, can a door literally get a staggering 4.8-5 metres high?? It sure can and here's the proof!
That door to the right of this monstrosity is a 2.4 metre door also made in the same factory on show and featured in the same show room. These folks export these doors all over the world from Africa to The United Kingdom, South America to the Far East. Their clients include President's, business leaders and Royalty even, as can be seen by these pics, these are certainly not standard doors!
The door to the right 900cms wide and 2.4 metres high, the huge double door in the middle a massive 4.6 metres high and 2.4 metres wide, impressive right?
These solid exotic wooden doors carry massive price tags and mostly need to be transported via flatbed truck and a crane. A Logistical nightmare!
This door reminds me of something you would find in a Castle in the UK, this would not be the lavish front door as featured at the top, maybe a dungeon door in the back, expensive and exotic all the same!
This factory uses only the most exotic woods sourced both locally in Africa as well as from abroad. The most expensive ironmongery fit only for Kings and the Mega Wealthy! Who knows maybe if Crypto does what it did in 2017 we can all afford a few? Not that I would spend my cash on an exotic door of course, but I wont say no to a sexy exotic car, naturally ;)
Never let it be said we don't manufacture incredibly high end quality in Africa!!!
