The Play Store is one of our best friends in the Android world, thanks to it we can access thousands and thousands of applications and games. However, problems sometimes arise for different reasons.
The problems of the Play Store are very annoying, and for those who suffer them are a headache. You are a little complex, sometimes solved with a few steps ... no matter how there is always a solution.
As it is a very recurrent topic, I decided to create a list with the best known problems for the readers of the community of STEEMIT I hope you find your mistake between this list and you are very useful.
Error 491
Issue:
Unable to download and update.
Solution:
We will remove our Google account under Settings> Accounts, restart our device and we will add our account again. Then we'll go to Settings> Applications, All, and we'll look for Google Services. We will click on it and finally on "Clear Data".
Error 498
Issue:
The download is interrupted
Solution:
The problem is because the cache partition is full. We will empty our device a bit by removing apps that we do not use, reboot in recovery mode and empty the cache partition. The problem will be solved.
Error 919
Issue:
Nothing is discharged although it seems that everything is going well.
Solution:
It simply does not indicate that we do not have enough space on Android, so we will remove applications, music, videos or any type of information to get extra space.
Error 413
Issue:
Problem caused in most cases by a proxy.
Solution:
We'll go to Settings> Applications and All. We will look for Google Services and click on Delete Data. We will do the same with the Play Store, and then we will empty the cache of our Internet browser.

Insufficient cache when syncing our Google account.
Solution:
We will remove our Google account and then space-saving applications. Next, we will restart our device to Recovery mode and empty the cache partition. Upon restart we can re-add our account.
Error 921

We can not download any app
Solution
We'll try to fix it by simply emptying the cache from the Play Store. If this does not work, we will empty the data of the application, but we have to take into account that this will end with all the personal configuration of the application. As last attempt, we will delete the Google account ..
Error 403

We can not download because we are using different accounts to buy applications on the same device.
Solution
We must have the correct Google account activated. We will uninstall the application in question. We will try to install it again.

The problem is the Dalvik Cache.
Solution
We will remove the cache and force Google Services and Google Play to stop in Settings> Applications> All.
Note: If this does not work we will try to remove the Dalvik Cache.
Error 927

We can not download anything because an update is in progress.
Solution
We'll wait for the Play Store to refresh, and then we'll go to Google Services via Settings> Apps and All. We will click on "Erase Data" and we will force the arrest. We will do the same with Google Play.
Error 101

Solution
We will uninstall applications that we do not use, we will remove our Google account and we will add it again.
Error 481

Solution
We will remove the data from the Play Store.

Solution:
We will clear the cache, erase the data and force the stop of the Play Store in Settings> Applications. We will do the same with the Download Manager application. We will open the Play Store and the problem should be solved.

An application can not be installed due to error 504.
Solution:
Settings> Apps, All, and we'll look for Play Store. We will empty the cache and erase the data.
We'll do the same with Google Play Services.
Error 495

Solution:
We'll disable Updates from the Play Store, then we'll go to Settings> Apps, All, and we'll look for Play Store. We will empty the cache and erase the data.
Error rh01
Error receiving information from server.
Solution
We'll go to Settings> Apps, All and look for Play Store. We will empty the cache and erase the data. The same will do with Google Services.
We can also try to remove our Gmail account, re-enable it, accept the conditions and services, and empty the cache and Play Store and Google Services data.
RPC error: S-7
Error receiving information from server.

Solution:
We'll go to Settings> Apps, All and look for Play Store. We will empty the cache and erase the data. The same will do with Google Services.
We can also try to remove our Gmail account, re-enable it, accept the conditions and services, and empty the cache and Play Store and Google Services data.
Error -24
Unknown error but related don KitKat and with ART.
Solution:
If we are root the solution is safe. With a root file explorer we will go to android / data / com.whatsapp and remove the com.whatsapp folder.
We will install Whatsapp from the Play Store.
If we are not root we will delete junk files with the Clean Master. We will uninstall Whatsapp and then run Clean Master in advanced mode.
As a last and drastic option we will make a backup of our applications and do a factory reset.
Package file invalid
Solution:
Method 1:
We'll select the app in question and clear the cache. We will return to the Play Store and perform the update.
Method 2:
We will install the app from the web version of the Play Store
Method 3:
We will shut down the Wi-Fi and perform the upgrade or installation from the 4g
Method 4:
We will delete our Google account, restart and we will add it again.
