My berry bushes didn't really produce anything this year, had some raspberries in the summer but not much else and as I was moving some of the plants I was pleasantly surprised to see that my autumn yellow raspberries had fruit on them. It's the first time I had yellow raspberries so it was quite an exciting moment, heh.

There weren't alot of them but the plant is only 1 year old so I assume next season it should give me a way better crop. Still, they were delicious!

And I finally got my first grape vine. Not quite sure how it will grow in the climate here but hopefully it will do fine. The little vine I got had a couple of clusters formed but they were over ripe, not a biggie really, especially considering the discount the shop was offering. The variety is Marechal Foch.

About the only plant I have that doesn't know winter is coming is my tromboncino squash. It's started climbing my hedge and it's got lots of new flowers still forming.

Some of the old leaves seem to be affected by powdery mildew, the new growth seems fine.

Hidden between the old growth was this big boy. It is a bit overgrown for my taste but we'll see what we can do with it.

Autumn isn't just doom and gloom, some of the best fishing can be had now. The pikes are more active, trying to fatten up for the winter and they provide a great fishing experience, they're good fighters.
The other day I got a couple of these lovely predators.

They use a leopard-like pattern for camouflage and they're really hard to see in the water; here's one of them chilling after being released.

Alright, cheers for having a look!
