There is no fee on buying and I think 5% on selling. Prices have gone down systematically for a long time but it looks like they hit a bottom around 3 months ago. Nearly all the latest cards that I bought are up a lot so I'm glad I continued to cost average down while everyone was selling. Now it looks like there are many more buyers again.
