It would be nice if there ever came a proposal but I doubt it will happen. What I wonder though is how it's not too easy to right now just rent 1 strong deck and climb the ranks bringing back the same problem of the pasty why collection power was introduced. Bots also going to just use soulbound reward cards in mass to extract value going forward. I guess it's only a matter of time before the next changes will need to be made.
