Always nice to see projects like this being started and I can confirm the proper handling and refund on the @steemitbuilder project.

A question with a more skeptical note though.

• Where will the actual value and returns come from? I mean curation on a yearly basis makes an account grow with +15% when you do it effectively. You can't just take funds from new buyers and redistribute them to existing token holders as it would be textbook Ponzi which totally collapses once nobody is buying into it anymore. People that want out can also just undercut the 1 Hive price and sell for 0.99 which makes it so that no new Hive comes in to .

I run a curation project myself (@upvoteshares) where shareholders can get their full investment back and the project needs a ton of different value-creating mechanisms including systematic new investments from myself to give good returns to active shareholders. I don't see where this comes from with @hivebuilder aside from the initial 2500HP lease.
