You can overstand these in court as I have managed to be succesful but that doesnt mean that it will always be the case.... obviously Assange being a Prime example but lower level courts who arent prepared to handle cases that involve a human that understands legalise better than them and that can be enough to make them act accordingly but it took many times of getting it wrong in previous "public order offence" fines... for more please see my videos..... oh wait my 3speak channel got blacklisted for ""plagarism and has hidden all my uploads.... invested so much time and effort converting a years worth of videos on the slowest pc all to be taken because i was sharing videos that were not mine in the interest of non-profit education and preservation of cultural content that impacted me enough to feel it should be put out there...... 3speak..... so much for that false claim....
