Greetings, Hive community. It is a real pleasure to be here and share a bit of my daily life with you. Today is one of those special days because, as I have always said, Hive is a constant adventure—filled with learning, human connections, and innovative projects that aim to strengthen us as a community. Today, I want to reflect on these initiatives that drive us forward, even when our environment tests us in the most unexpected ways.
Recently, I have been following several highly valuable projects on our platform. For instance, initiatives like the ELIXIR token—spearheaded by our esteemed @bulliontools alongside the Mildly Infuriating community—serve as an excellent gateway for content curation, mutual support, and relieving the stresses of daily life, all with close, personal attention from the creators themselves. I truly enjoy writing within this community and receiving direct engagement from its founders; it is a wonderful touch here on Hive. I value this kind of interaction—after all, that is what Hive is all about: engaging, getting to know one another, participating, and forging genuine connections.
This is precisely what I appreciate about the project proposed by @bulliontools: its transparency, governance, and curation philosophy. It is designed to be free from favoritism or automated voting; curation is 100% manual and based strictly on the quality of the content (simply holding tokens or delegating Hive Power does not guarantee an upvote from the account). Furthermore, it encourages active participation: 50% of the Layer 2 (Hive-Engine) tokens earned through curation will be used to fund contests and sponsor HSBI (Hive-Engine Stake-Based Income) units for the community’s most active members.
I am particularly drawn to this vision, and I intend—as much as I am able—to become a part of this project, which aligns perfectly with my own journey here on Hive. ---
While discussing this very ecosystem in a recent post by @bulliontools, my attention was also drawn—with great enthusiasm—to another major project within Hive: the DUO token. Why do I consider DUO an excellent option? Because it represents a fantastic opportunity to diversify our participation, strengthen the platform's economy, and reward the commitment of creators. Its vision for growth, the stability it provides, and the way it energizes interaction make it well worth exploring in depth and getting involved with. It is a tool designed to boost our daily work and offer a very attractive financial advantage within the "hive."
And just as I was getting excited about analyzing the benefits of the DUO token with @bulliontools, the inevitable happened: the power went out!
Living in Venezuela is a bittersweet contrast. We have a paradise of a country, with beautiful landscapes and the largest proven energy reserves on the planet—yet it is deeply infuriating and frustrating to endure daily blackouts lasting 6, 8, or even more than 12 hours, which cut off our inspiration, our projects, and our ability to communicate, often at the worst possible moment.
Despite the anger and exhaustion this causes, I take a deep breath and try to find some calm. I hold onto the firm hope that better times will come—times when our creativity and daily efforts won’t have to struggle against the darkness.
I’m not offering financial advice, but I do suggest that you explore the various options offered by different tokens and carefully consider which one best aligns with your own goals.

Saludos comunidad de Hive un verdadero placer estar por aquí para traerles un poco de mi día a día y hoy es uno de esos días especiales porque como siempre lo he dicho Hive es una aventura constante de aprendizaje, conexiones humanas y proyectos innovadores que buscan fortalecernos como comunidad. Hoy quiero reflexionar sobre estas iniciativas que nos impulsan, aunque a veces el entorno nos ponga a prueba de la forma más inesperada.
Recientemente he estado siguiendo de cerca proyectos muy valiosos en nuestra plataforma. Por un lado, iniciativas como el token Elixir impulsado por nuestro estimado @bulliontools junto a la comunidad Mildly Infuriating (Ligeramente enfadado)la cual me parece una gran ventana para curar contenido, apoyarnos mutuamente y liberar tensiones del día a día con una atención muy cercana de sus creadores. Me agrada escribir en esta comunidad y ser atendida por sus propio dueño, eso es un gesto muy grato en Hive, me gusta la interacción, creo que eso es Hive, interactuar, conocer, participar, hacer conexiones.
Y esto es precisamente lo que me ha gustado del proyecto planteado por @bulliontools; su transparencia, Gobernanza y Filosofía de Curación, se concibe como un proyecto sin favoritismos ni votos automáticos: La curación será 100% manual y basada estrictamente en la calidad de las publicaciones. Tener tokens apostados o delegar HP no garantiza un voto positivo (upvote) de la cuenta, ademas se busca fomentar la interacción ya que 50% de los tokens de Capa 2 (Hive-Engine) obtenidos mediante curación se usarán para financiar concursos y patrocinar unidades de HSBI (Hive-Engine Stake-Based Income) entre los usuarios más activos de la comunidad.
Particularmente me gusta esta visión, es por ello que pienso en la medida de lo posible formar parte de este proyecto que para mí es parte de mi visión en Hive.
Pero conversando precisamente sobre este ecosistema en una publicación reciente del usuario @bulliontools, mi atención se ha volcado con mucho entusiasmo hacia otro gran proyecto dentro de Hive: el token Duo. ¿Por qué considero que Duo es una excelente opción? Porque representa una oportunidad fantástica para diversificar nuestra participación, fortalecer la economía de la plataforma y premiar el compromiso de los creadores. Su visión de crecimiento, la estabilidad que aporta y la manera en que dinamiza la interacción entre usuarios hacen que valga totalmente la pena sumarse y estudiarlo a fondo. Es una herramienta diseñada para potenciar nuestro trabajo diario y darnos un impulso financiero muy atractivo dentro de la colmena.
Y es justo cuando estaba más emocionada analizando las bondades del token Duo con @bulliontools cuando ocurrió lo inevitable: ¡se fue la electricidad! Vivir en Venezuela es un contraste agridulce. Tenemos un país paradisíaco, con paisajes hermosos y la mayor reserva energética comprobada del planeta, pero resulta profundamente indignante y frustrante sufrir apagones diarios de 6, 8 y hasta más de 12 horas que cortan la inspiración, los proyectos y la comunicación en el peor momento.
A pesar de la rabia y el agotamiento que esto genera, respiro hondo y busco la calma. Tengo la firme esperanza de que vendrán tiempos mejores, donde nuestra creatividad y nuestro esfuerzo diario no tengan que luchar contra la oscuridad.
No pretendo dar consejos financieros, pero les aconsejo que vean las diferentes opciones que ofrecen los diferentes tokens y de forma muy conscienten analicen cual les conviene.
