So recently, I've been talking to some friends about doing a short D&D campaign. I don't actually know many people who have played it, but I know a lot who want to. Fortunately, we found someone who knows what they're doing as a DM, so that might work out.
I don't know much about the game, but as soon as we started talking about it I decided that I would be a bard. I've already had characters fill all the serious roles in other games- I've had a wizard, a knight, a barbarian, etc. (for clarity, those were all custom tabletop games, not D&D), so bard seemed like an appropriate next choice.
I started drawing, and eventually ended up with this:
I didn't really plan it or anything- it just happened.
The current plan is that, rather than the traditional bard who is constantly singing and raising morale, this guy is the most straight-faced, humourless, fun-hating bard the world has ever seen. He absolutely despises his role as a bard, but is an incredibly talented musician, and reluctantly uses his abilities to help out the team.
Well... That's assuming I have control over this. I'm not too clear on how the character creation process works, honestly.
Anyways, hopefully you like it! And if you have any name suggestions, feel free to leave them here- I'm rubbish at coming up with names.
