Every week @nelinoeva hosts a fun contest in the Feathered Friends Community. This week's theme is BIRDS WITH HUMANMADE THINGS.

Here is Junior on the roof of my humanmade car, testing out a humanmade gummy worm and surrounded by humanmade dog and cat kibbles.

I thought she might take off with it, but she set it back down after a moment and went for the kibbles. She prefers savory over sweet.

Bo, on the other hand, he LOVES sweets. He took his gummy worm and hid it in a tree for later.

'Bye, Bo.

He came back to try out some honey. I think he likes the sweetness but didn't like the stickiness. He would have left the jar alone if I hadn't dropped some peanuts and kibbles inside.

He couldn't get them out, so he started pushing the jar off a curb and onto the street in an attempt to crack the jar open. He's clever that way. I didn't want to clean up sticky broken glass, so I took the jar away.

Bo also tried to steal the humanmade baggy of nuts out of my humanmade backpack.


He loves when I let him believe he owns everything of mine.

Here's the lovely Lorena, posing on a humanmade sidewalk with a single humanmade cat kibble in her beak.

My young friend Bravely here is perched on the ledge of a school building that was most definitely made by humans. Although perhaps in 4500 years or so if there are any humans left there may be speculation that it was built by aliens, because how could such primitive humans erect such large structures on their own?

Bravely has a pine needle stuck in her hair. Poor Bravely. We've all had days like that.

And, finally, we have Bo, perched on my head. I am a human, and due to the nature of procreation I, too, am humanmade.
