-disguised warnings, if russia is attacked we will get nuked, they'll do it, its very russian
-stating he doesnt want to escalate the war
-botched peace deal
-intelligence agencies are the ones that control the US

and of course some propaganda

all around i think putin looks more serious as a leader than anything the west has, he was quite mature with the interview
