I’ve actually never needed to contact Mene customer service... which is a good thing! That means that my orders are always processed, shipped and received quickly and without any errors. I always receive timely email updates on my order and so I’m never left wondering about it’s status. I imagine if I ever had an issue though, the customer service team would be as top notch as the rest of the operation. Go team Mene!
