It's super easy... just use the #palnet tag (doesn't have to be the first one) and it will automatically show up over there and be eligible for PALcoin upvotes if curators over there see it and vote it (just like on Steem). You can post from any User Interface such as Steemit, Steem Peak, Partiko, Dtube, Actifit etc. You just have to use the tag.
