I think plants are such a fun way to decorate. They add so much life and vibrancy to any decor! This spring I decided to start filling out my new place with some plants. It's a lot bigger than my last apartment and so the plants I moved over definitely didn't fill out the space.
Here's a couple shots from around my house where I've used plants to infuse a little life and energy! Enjoy this mini house/plant tour. Soon i'll be planning out the deck and starting to grow some herbs and other food items as well.

These leaves have kind of a blue-ish tint to them which pairs perfectly with the turquoise lamp and art.
A new plant I bought from someone on Offer Up the other day! Buying plants on craiglist/offer up is one of my favorite ways to get plants on the cheap! Ps... anyone else obsessed with plants in baskets?

Carnations last forever and can add such a fun pop of color!
Fresh baby's breath is so fragrant and perfect for spring. Like the carnations, they are also inexpensive and last for a long time in water!
