I am so excited because I joined Open Mic back in week 52, and have not missed a single week since! This means that I'm on my 30th entry. Man, how time flies. I'm so grateful to be part of this incredible and supportive group of musicians. Thanks 
This week I am singing "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran. He is one of my favorite artists and I'm so excited because I get to see him in Seattle in August!
One more small victory from this week is that I finally bought a mic stand with an extendable arm for my piano covers. Getting the mic close enough to make a good recording has been a struggle for a long time. This thing was only like $20 bucks... I'm not sure why I put it off so long! I'm really happy with how the recording sounds compared to my regular piano covers.
