I’m new to ecency, and that’s probably why it stood out to me so quickly.

The writing here feels different. More story driven. More personal. Less obsessed with explaining everything upfront. As someone who has always leaned toward creative writing, that immediately caught my attention.
For the past year, I’ve been writing on Publish0x. It’s a solid platform and it rewards consistency, analysis, and educational content. If you write explainers, market takes, or news based posts, it works. I learned that fast.

What I also learned is that those weren’t the posts I enjoyed writing most.
Whenever I wrote stories or personal reflections, they underperformed. Not badly, just quietly. Meanwhile, analytical and informational posts consistently did better. So I adapted. I wrote what performed. The tips improved, but the writing started to feel more like output than expression.

Ecency feels like a contrast to that experience. From what I’ve seen so far, voice matters here.
