In one of them, you may have to accept the situation in a negative way, pretending that nothing has happened, and ignore the situation.

This is why people get drunk, thinking that it will make them forget their struggles for the main time. But it as actually not right, once they are back to their senses, they wallow back into what is bothering them.

It is best if one sees it as it is especially when one has no power to handle the situation just like kevinnag58@kevinnag58 said in is contest.
