Until recently, I had not paid much attention to the financial world, I think they did not teach me to be overwhelming in this world, to see beyond what you can have in front, they taught me good principles to apply in life, to live worthily, they taught me that I should get a university degree because that would give me quality of life, when I dedicate myself to providing professional services to companies in my country, today I understand that this way of thinking or acting is wrong, that does not work so beloved church, in my opinion, do not know you, the great majority of our ancestors were instructed by the primitive church which considered that money was not from God, that money is the root of many evils, partly this biblical verse I respect it because it is a great truth, but when money really becomes a great evil? that is why I want to tell you today that it is important that we break with these paradigms.
That we educate our children with excellence, because they are obviously our relay in this world not only to be educated in the love of God and as professionals, but that they have a broad vision in the financial world and are financial entrepreneurs, it is not bad to work to the companies of our nations, what is wrong is to remain limited, stay there in one place, looking at the same goal, not! I do not agree, we must teach our children to be owners and lords of their own companies or businesses to have authority over finances, the world will not change if we do not change. we must get out of conformism and passivity. God works with aggressive, intelligent and wise people.
Genesis 1:28 says
and he blessed them with these words:
"Be fruitful and multiply;
fill the earth and subdue it;
dominate the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky,
and all the reptiles that crawl on the ground. "
The word domain means "to rule or to have power over". God has a sovereign power over his creation and has delegated authority to man to have dominion over the earth. Mankind had to "subjugate" the earth (Genesis 1:28), we had to maintain a position of command over it; They placed us in a superior position and we had to exercise control over the land, its flora and fauna. The human being was created as the ruler of this world. Everything else was subject to him. David reinforces this truth: "You made him [human] to rule over the works of your hands, you put everything under his feet" (Psalm 8: 6).
God's command to dominate the earth and animal life is an order to have dominion over everything. A true domain (of anything) can not be achieved without clarity of what is being mastered. For an entrepreneur to master finance, he must really understand his principles.
That is why I encourage you that beyond any circumstance, you decide that God will guide you with some of your eternal financial principles, I assure you that obeying them will bring many blessings to you and your family.
1. RECOGNIZE THAT EVERYTHING IS AND COMES FROM GOD
Yours are, Lord, greatness, power, glory, dominion and majesty! Because everything in heaven and on earth is yours. Yours is also the kingdom, for you, Lord, are superior to all. 1 Chronicles 29: 11
2. LOVE THE JOB
He who does his work well will be at the service of kings and not of insignificant people. Proverbs 22:29
Laziness makes you sleep deeply, the lazy will go hungry. Proverbs 19:15
3. SAVE AND INVEST
Look at the ant, lazy; Look at what he does and learn the lesson: although he does not have anyone to dictate about it or who tells him what to do, he secures his food in the summer, stores it during the harvest. Proverbs 6: 6-8
4. BE GENEROUS AND SEMBRAR
Give to others and God will give to you: Fill your bag with a good measure, tight, shaken and full. God will measure you with the same measure with which you measure others. Luke 6: 38
5. KEEP FREE OF ALL FINANCIAL SIN:
AVARICIA (disorganized desire to own and acquire wealth to treasure):
And he said to them, Take heed, and beware of all covetousness; because the life of man does not consist in the abundance of the goods that he possesses. Luke 12:15
Be your habits without avarice, happy with what you have now; because he said: I will not forsake you, nor will I leave you; so that we can confidently say: The Lord is my helper; I will not fear what man can do to me. Hebrews 13: 5
GREED (excessive desire for wealth).
There are those who greed all day; But the righteous one gives, and does not stop his hand. Proverbs 21:26
These are they that were sown among thorns: they that hear the word, but the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things, enter in and drown the word, and become unfruitful. Mark 4: 18-19
ENVY (pain or misfortune for not owning what the other has)
The gentle heart is life of the flesh; But envy rots the bones. Proverbs 14:30
Man must be the steward of the earth; he must bring the material world and all its varied elements for the service of God and the good of humanity.
The order to subjugate the earth is actually part of God's blessing on humanity. Adam and Eve, who were created in the image of God, were to use the great resources of the earth for the service of God and of themselves.
