Serie A outfit Roma have made their first signing of the summer transfer window with Hector Moreno. The club spent just 5,000,000 Euros on the central defender from PSV Eindhoven.
The 29 year old has bags of international experience, playing in Spain, Mexico and Holland - not to mention representing the national team.
