Akeneo is rapidly growing information management tool created to help optimize catalog management processes. It is designed for the companies looking for an afficient way to respond for ever-growing needs of multi-channel communication. Akeneo is specialized in open source product information management, also known as PIM. Available under the open source license 3.0, the first public beta of Akeneo PIM was released in September 2013.
