How to set Proxy?

If you are a Tech person and have Telos SW (EOSIO) built and deployed, then you can simply execute:
teclos --url http://telos.eossweden.eu --wallet-url http://127.0.0.1:PORT system voteproducer proxy {YOUR-ACCOUNT} peoplesproxy
Note: --wallet-url should point to your wallet.
