It's a hot summer day I'm lying down with my face buried under the pillow, my mind drowning into the deep abyss of self loathing and deep introspection as suddenly my mind snaps out of it and I start noticing my surrounding I'm in a dim lit room the fan of which is throwing off silent breeze on my bare naked back while I observe the high pitch sound of crickets chirping in a distance, voices of adults echoing in an empty hallway, the sound of wasps buzzing, working hard making a small home for themselves in the corner of the old skylight, the walls of which are now eating itself, its peacock designed pane now rusted offering a small passage for the wasps to squeeze their way through in as I tilt my head to the other side I see old newspaper on the wall glorifying the glimpses of the past. I close my eyes again falling into the old familiar abyss but with the sounds of the crickets and the sparrow chirping, the familiar voice of adults and thumping sound of my blood pumping through my ear vessels telling me that I'm alive, I take a nap.
