Nothing beats passing by one of New York City's bridges and getting to enjoy this view.
On a certain vacation I had the opportunity to enjoy scenes like this almost everyday.
This particular shot was on the other side of the George Washington bridge and for the first time ever I got to see areas of this bridge I had never seen before ---and the upper west side as well.
It took for me to actually live outside of NYC to see parts of the city for the first time in well over three decades!
