Surprisingly, I’ve come to love the routine—waking up early, taking a shower, putting on light makeup, wearing my teaching uniform, and attaching my pin. It gives me a sense of purpose every day.

Such a good attitude to have. Job satisfaction and purpose makes being employed all worth it. Oh and how cool is it to be in the classroom of a younger siblings. I'm sure you will be surprised who you might end up teaching. I'm sure someday you will teach kids of past students, but that's a long ways away, hehe.
