It is not easy to decide whoch coin to choose for investment when we have hundreds of options and all of them looks good and solid. So far i have invested in some of the Big names that are considered the top notch in crypto. This is because i believe them.
Besides investing in the biggest crypto coins i have also invested in some Micro Caps as they can give huge profit when Bullrun starts. Definitely it is risky as i may not get the return i am expecting. An investment can give profit as well as loss as crypto is highly risky.
A Microcap is a token / coin that ranges market capitalization from $100k to $1 million .
Last bullrun i had experienced that Microcaps pump heavy during bull market as money inflow remains at peak during that time. An example of this is the microcap token named DSLA protocol which pumped heavy in the last bull market. It had made rich many holders. This is just the one example i have presented here, there are many others that did the same.
It has been noted that most of the traders or investors dont pay attention to the Microcaps , so they are missing huge gains. This time i have thrown a little percentage of my portfolio into the Microcaps and i believe it will lay well.
You should keep in mind if you want to incest in any microcap token or coin you should do proper research about the token. If you invest blindly you will have chances to loss your money , while if you do proper research i am sure it will make you good profit.
On another note, you should always be prepared for unexpected outcome as investing comes up with risks. However there is no guarantee of the profit as no one knows how the market will be going to react no matter if you invest in low cap or high cap coins.
Before you invest , its good to decide how much you want to invest and how much you can afford to lose . You may have heard that invest only what you can afford to lose. This applies perfectly to crypto as well.
Make sure the money you are investing is not the money for emergency, for example it may take longer than expected to recover your lose or to gain profit.
