Day trading is a short-term strategy in which investors buy and sell crypto assets in the same day to generate profit from the price movements. Day trading requires experience and understanding of markets.
Day traders consider a number of factors like volume, chart pattern and price action before buying any crypto assets. It is possible to make huge profit from Day trading but it requires good understanding of charts. Day trading sometimes can be very stressful.
Blind trading can put you at huge loss. Its always good to have knowledge of it before trying something new.
Hodl or hodling is a longterm strategy which means "hold on for dear life". In this strategy crypto investors buy tokens or coins and hold them for longterm to take profit from the value appreciation.
Holding may involves years in order to take profit from it. Investors buy and hold those crypto which they think has a bright future. In hodling strategy the hodlers do not sell even if the price dumps temporary.
Hodling is considered a safe investment by some investors because it avoids to buy higher and sell low strategy. Choosing right project for hodl is also a big problem but wise investors try to accumulate coins with top market capitalization because they provide more security and are reliable from low cap coins.
Now you would be thinking that which trading strategy is best ? The answer to this question is simple.
Day trading and Hodling both has risks and benefits. It depends upon the investors that which strategy suits them best. After all it requires deep understanding of various factors. It depends that how much skills you have for the individual strategies.
