For readers who are not familiar with Steemgigs, it is the brainchild of Terry (aka Surpassinggoogle).
One of its primary concept is to connect potential clients and freelancers within the Steemit community.
Naturally, this makes a lot of sense since we have a strong and solid community.
The idea is to bank on trust among members (and of course, their reputation and standing in the community).
For instance, if a member is looking for an article writer for his or her own personal blog, instead of looking at different (outside) freelancing sites such as onespace or fiverr, that client may post the job within Steemit. Interested freelancing members may then apply for the project. From there, the project specifics may and will depend on both the communication and agreement of both members.
Anyway, I am asking Terry's inputs since Steemgigs is his brainchild. Also, aside from Terry, I am unsure who are the people / team directly involved or indirectly influences the Steemgig factors / rules.
