Quick guide on flashing GPU's to get more hashes

Since GPU mining has become popular again with the raising price in ETH, ETC, XMR, and ZEC I thought I would share a quick guide on how to flash the bios on your GPU to increase the hashrate.

You will need 3 Application: GPU-Z, PolarisBiosEditor, and Atiflash.

First use GPU-Z to see what kind of memory your card has (if its Samsung you win the GPU memory lottery)

Steps to flashing:

1. open atiflash NEEDS TO RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
2. save the original bios for your cards (do not lose these you will need incase you mess up)
3. open Polaris Bios Editor
4. open the bios for the cards you just saved
5. edit the timings Note:The timings are different depending on the cards memory type
6. save the modified Bios (different name from the original don't overwrite)
7. open atiflash (run as admin)
8. select the card you are going to flash
9. click load image (bottom left) pick your modded Bios and open it
10. click program
11. wait till its done
12. you are now finished it'll ask to restart only restart when you are done if you have more cards to flash click no
13. more cards to flash? repeat steps 8-12

Note: If you have different types of cards ex: rx470,rx480 or different memory on cards ex: rx470 samsung mem, rx470 Hynix mem flash one card at a time to avoid problems.
If your cards are the same all the same type Ex: rx470 or rx480 and have same memory you can flash more than one card at a time.
