EOS BP Global Distributed (We can do better)

Looking at how the current Block Producers for EOS are distributed you can see a few major gaps.

Gap 1 Continent Africa
Gap 2 Continent Australia & Oceania

So how can we address this issue?

We have 2 options

1. Ask our current top 21 BP to place nodes in these areas. But, that doesn't really address the issue since the home office location wouldn't be on these continents.
2. Vote for BPs that are already located in these areas

Let's focus on option 2

Who are valid BP candidates that we should consider?
There are only 5 currently in these areas

1. EOS Nairobi *current rank 43
2. EOS Africa *current rank 38
3. GenerEOS *current rank 37
4. EOSphere *current rank 55
5. AlohaEOS *current rank 84

Before we just vote for these BPs lets do some validation

Summary

Based on these validation we all should be voting for these 5 BP. Here would be my order based on this data

1. AlohaEOS passes all validations and gets bonus points for being on the vam
2. EOSphere passes all validations
3. GenerEOS passed one validation and gets bonus points for being on the vam
4. EOSNairobi passes one validation
5. EOSAfrica
