Oooh. I'm curious why 16 is a 'must celebrate' for you? In Australia, 18 is the big deal because then we're legally allowed to drink and vote. But otherwise, here we seem to make a big deal about the end/beginning of each decade. I plan to be fantastically healthy by the time I turn 50 and celebrate it like nobody's business. !INDEED !LOL
