And regarding the second points, I feel your pain dude! It is a pity that people have to "play the game" more in order to be rewarded. Aside from the group/tag structure, I think one of the other issues is the lack of perpetual rewards. I saw someone mention a tipping feature recently. I think that could certainly help, but ultimately, I would love to see some HIVE based affiliate schemes pop up, which would allow content creators to monetize their posts perpetually, considering the volume of traffic some posts will get from Google, long after the initial payout period.
