Hi @ecency, thanks for the reply. Other users have the message about promoted posts in their accounts.
- So you should have a reference for the user who spends their points on this service (so they should be able to check it).
- The promote section must be visible and intuitive. Furthermore, ALL promoted posts should be viewable on a single page, or at least viewable by scrolling through the numbers below, instead of currently viewing just a dozen posts and not being able to see mine among the promoted ones.
- You should be more responsive in your replies when you're mentioned.
I hope that, after all these suggestions, you'll take action to address these and other "only by me" changes mentioned. We're in 2025, and let's remember that this is a project that aims to be dynamic for Web 3.
Unfortunately, we're very behind in this area.
I hope to see results and changes in the short term.
Since the competition is making these changes, without me being able to say a word.
The PROMOTED experience so far has been negative, both in terms of results and engagement methods, vision, and implementation.
The road is longer than I thought, but I trust in the good will, which I've already seen in some.
Good luck. 👍
