Wow you are brave to undertake this project. I always hesitated to take a commission of a blurry photo unless I can enhance it digitally somewhat. Perhaps you can try to use a mobile app called Remini to enhance any blurry photo. I don't use it though because I prefer to use Photoscape (photo software) but some of my artist friends been recommending it to me. Anyway, great job on the portrait!
