Some thoughts, in no particular order:

Goddamn, that's a lot of gear to hump around, what's that weigh in at all kitted up?

I swear by the trimix backpacking stoves akin to this, light and easy to use and good for country like yours where one wrong look can start a wildfire. Mine's a ten year old version of that, you might need to build a windbreak for it if it gets too windy but I've used it to make hot food and tea at 6,000 feet in the middle of a snowstorm.

Ever tried to chop/split wood with a fixed blade? My hands hurt just thinking about it, I always pack along a hatchet, can't think of a use case where a fixed blade is better than either it or the SOG clipped to my pocket.

Acquire in place for water just makes me uneasy, but that could just be too much time in the desert.

Where's your bear spray? I often carry a pistol as well, but for almost everything you might encounter in the backcountry, the spray is the more effective tool.

The main thing that jumps out at me is you're overprepared, and that's just extra weight to antagonize your back and zap your energy.
