Dear pastors or men of God, what if you were not the one with the microphone, will you still be humble enough to do what you have been telling others to do?
Dear pastors , will you be going through that long period of fast and committed to paying tithe faithfully if you were just like the ordinary members of the church were you pastor?
If not the fact that you have been called into the office of an apostle, prophet, a pastor, an evangelist, a teacher would you still be committed to attending church all the time?
If not for the fact that you are the one hosting the church service and delivering the sermons always, would you be humble enough to also listen to sermons delivered by another?
Dear man of God, will you still sow seed like you been telling the congregation to sow at every church meeting if you were just an ordinary member of the church?
Dear Pastors, do you practice what you preach genuinely or you do so to be seen by your church members?
Dear Pastors or men of God, have you also taken time to consider reproving yourself, counseling yourself, dealing with that sceret sin, that bad habit or attitude after you have preached to your congregation?
Dear Pastor, how is your home, is it peaceful or inhamonious? if it is the latter then how far have your resolved issues or worked on before teaching your congregation on how to live their life?
Dear Pastor, are you sure you are actually that kind of person you claim to be?
Dear Pastors or men of God, you are not just a sign post directing people to their destination, you also need direction, advice and help to reach your final destination(Heaven).
You must also learn to obey, be humble and discipline yourself so that after you have preached to others you will not be disqualified before God.
Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. 1 Corinthians 9:25-27
