Self discipline is my challenge anymore. Talking my big ass into getting up and walking is a feat it seems like. Funny thing is, once I start it is no big deal to finish. Yeah, I am tired and winded. But once I start that young mind of mine kicks in and pushes me through finishing. Just need to get better at starting to begin with.
