I recommend Silverbloggers and Reflections to start. Those communities are pretty awesome after you post there and socialize a bit. If you get into coin collecting the Silver Gold Stakcers community is pretty good too.

In the end, I just enjoy writing and interacting, so the upvotes and rewards are just icing on the cake.
