One big con with Monero is the fact that it doesn't work good on Atomic wallet app. I sent some there and it's been stuck in there a year while I wait for them to add transfers. It seems like it's just too hard for the devs to figure out, or they just don't have an incentive. Sure I could import the XMR coin, but there is a .15 or .20 XMR fee to import it last time I checked. That's my only issue.
