Some communities are totally open like POB, over there anything goes so it's ok to double up on the tag, you will just earn extra POB tokens. Some sites like LEO finance are totally strict, and you must only post financial related posts there, or you will get kicked out or flagged, or both. Each community has it's own set of rules, if you do something wrong then I'm sure someone will let you know and you will be given a few chances. CCC is creative content, so that is pretty loose, lassecash is another great anything goes community, same with Neoxian as far as I recall. Those are all my favorites.
