Yeah true, supply doesn't mean anything if there isn't demand. Like POB for example, the supply is very limited, however not enough people demand it and the price goes down. Shiba has a huge cult following that isn't going away, any little supply disruptions will move the price, devs know this and want to make the value go up, so they use perceptions of burning and low supply to rejuvenate the market.
